About the Pulp Tarot Deck

Tarot decks were 15th century playing cards—later tools for divination.

Pulp magazines peaked with Depression-era longing for escapism—living on in modern forms and genres.

Both Pulp and Tarot are sources of stories that stir primal responses—love and bravery, fear and happiness, suspense and surprise—to give us a chance to reimagine ourselves.

The Pulp Tarot recasts the Tarot deck with characters from the history of pulp illustration.

Each member of this new ensemble brings a fresh POV, unexpected insight... What thrilling sense of discovery will this unique collection bring to your narrative?
